Glasswool Mattress Insulation is a lightweight yet durable thermal and acoustic insulation solution designed for large-scale industrial and HVAC applications. Glasswool Mattress is a flexible insulation blanket made from bonded glass fibers. It is ideal for covering large curved or irregular surfaces like tanks, boilers, and ducting systems, ensuring effective heat retention and sound control.
Excellent thermal resistance, high flexibility, low weight, non-combustible nature, and easy installation make Glasswool Mattresses a preferred choice for industrial insulation applications.
Commonly used for insulation of boilers, tanks, industrial pipelines, reactors, ovens, large vessels, and HVAC duct systems to ensure maximum thermal efficiency.
The fine glass fibers trap air and minimize heat transfer, maintaining temperature stability in both hot and cold conditions. Effective for service temperatures up to 250°C.
Glasswool Mattresses also function as excellent sound absorbers, reducing mechanical and operational noise in industrial and HVAC applications.
